Pesto Sun Dried Tomato Pizza Recipe
1 whole wheat pizza dough
¼ cup pesto
1 chicken breast (cooked)
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes
¼ cup jalapenos
1 handful toasted pine nuts
1 cup mozzarella
Form the dough into the desired shape
and cook untopped at 415°F for 5-7 minutes. Remove dough and slather
with pesto. Top with shredded cooked chicken, sun dried tomatoes, jalapenos,
pine nuts, and mozzarella. Cook at 415°F for 7-10 minutes or until
cheese starts to brown. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2-4 minutes
before enjoying.
