Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe
1 sourdough pizza dough
1 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup cayenne pepper sauce
4 scallions sliced thin
½ pound blue cheese
1 red onion sliced thin
Shred the cooked chicken breast and
marinate in mixture of butter and cayenne pepper sauce. Form the dough
into the desired shape, slather with oil and cook untopped at 415°F
for 5-7 minutes. Remove dough from the oven and spread a small amount
of cayenne pepper sauce on the dough. Add red onion, chicken, mozzarella,
followed by blue cheese and scallions. Cook at 415°F for 7-10 minutes
or until cheese begins to brown. Remove from the oven and let stand
for 2-4 minutes before enjoying.
